Return & Refund Policy

At Beyond Paradise LLC ("Beyond Paradise Shop," "we," "our," or "us"), every product is made especially for you once your order is placed. Because we partner with multiple trusted print-on-demand production facilities around the world, each item is custom manufactured rather than taken from existing inventory.

This approach helps reduce waste and supports more sustainable production, but it also means our return policy differs from traditional retail stores.

Custom-Made Products

All products are made to order.

For this reason, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to:

  • Ordering the wrong size
  • Changing your mind
  • Ordering the wrong color
  • Accidental orders
  • Buyer preference
  • Shipping delays outside of our control

Please review all product descriptions, sizing charts, colors, and shipping information carefully before placing your order.

 


Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives:

  • damaged,
  • defective,
  • misprinted,
  • or you receive the wrong item,

please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Email us with:

  • your order number
  • a description of the issue
  • clear photographs showing the problem

Once reviewed, we will gladly offer one of the following:

  • a replacement product
  • a refund
  • store credit

depending on the situation.

 


Lost Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us.

We will work with the shipping carrier and the production partner to investigate the shipment and determine the most appropriate solution.

 


Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

If an incorrect address is entered and the order has already gone into production, we may not be able to modify or cancel the order.

If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply before reshipping.

 


Order Changes & Cancellations

Because production often begins shortly after an order is placed, changes or cancellations can only be made if production has not yet started.

Multiple Production Partners

Beyond Paradise works with multiple carefully selected fulfillment partners located in different regions of the world.

Each production partner maintains its own manufacturing and quality control processes. While specific operational procedures may vary between partners, Beyond Paradise manages all customer service directly and will always work to provide a fair resolution consistent with this policy.

 


Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Depending on your financial institution, refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear.
