Because our products are created thoughtfully rather than mass-produced, shipping times may differ from those of traditional retailers.

 

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before shipment.

During periods of high demand, holidays, or new collection launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

 

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and the manufacturing partner fulfilling your order.

Typical delivery estimates are:

  • United States: 5–10 business days

  • Canada: 7–14 business days

  • Europe: 5–12 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 8–15 business days

  • International destinations: 10–20 business days

These estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs processing, weather conditions, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

 

Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately.

This allows each item to be produced by the manufacturing partner best suited for its materials, craftsmanship, and destination, helping us reduce unnecessary transportation and maintain the highest quality standards.

You will receive tracking information for each shipment as it becomes available.

 

International Shipping

We proudly ship to customers around the world.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees required by their local authorities unless otherwise stated during checkout.

 

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order appears significantly delayed or your tracking has not updated for an extended period, please contact our Customer Care team.

We will work directly with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment and help resolve the issue.

 

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order.

Beyond Paradise is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided during checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply before it can be reshipped.
