Thank you for choosing Beyond Paradise Shop. We’re committed to providing you with beautiful, high-vibrational art and fine-crafted pieces that raise the frequency of your space. Since we partner with Print-On-Demand manufacturing through our supplier, the following terms apply when it comes to returns and refunds:
Because each item is created uniquely and only after your order is placed, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items simply because you changed your mind, selected the wrong size or color, or ordered incorrectly.
If an item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect or error, we’ll make things right. Please follow these steps:
Contact us within 30 days of delivery with a clear photo showing the issue (for example: print misplacement beyond permissible tolerance, missing artwork, severe color fade, physical damage).
Once we verify the issue, we will either offer a free re-print of the item or issue you a refund.
Note: No need to ship the damaged item back to us—just send the photo(s).
If you simply ordered the wrong size, color, or design and wish to exchange it.
If you changed your mind after placing the order.
Minor variations in print placement (for example, for direct-to-garment items: tolerances apply up to approx. 0.5″/1.27 cm) are not considered defects.
Improper use, washing damage, or mishandling aren’t covered.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout (or optionally your store account credit, if applicable).
Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after approval.
Note: Currency conversions or bank processing times may influence how quickly you see the funds.
If delivery fails or the item is lost by the courier, we will coordinate with the supplier/manufacturer to determine whether we can offer a partial refund or a re-print.
We’ll notify you and ask which option you prefer.

Include: your order number, item(s) in question, a clear photo (and video if multiple affected items) showing the issue, and your preferred resolution (refund or re-print).
We’ll respond within 72 hours to confirm next steps.
Because items are custom-produced for you, shipping costs for returns are not covered. We only ask for photo documentation when a manufacturing error or damage has occurred.
This policy works in harmony with the supplier’s manufacturing terms.
We reserve the right to review each claim on a case-by-case basis.
Should the suppliers update their policy, we will update ours accordingly—so we recommend checking this page occasionally.
